I think that the list sounds great, if a little idealistic. It's a great place to aim for, while understanding that not everyone can be that way all the time, as we are all human.

I see a more underlying issue and that is anger that the husband isn't providing income to the family.  I see that, because I'm in that same boat also.  And particularly if, as in my case, I'm not only providing all the income, but doing most of the other stuff that needs doing as well. And then being told that *I* need to "grow up," because I am a worrier and can get emotional.
