I'd send that picture (and maybe some additional ones) to a vet and see what they think. Is the blue coloring from the antibiotics (I hope)?

Yeah the purple-ish coloring is from the antibiotics

It looks like a draining abscess that has burst. Keep it cleaned and apply antibiotics (with NO pain relievers, those are poisonous) and it should heal. I would send that picture to the vet too. Was she on an antibiotic for the spaying? If so, she should be OK as those abscesses take up to weeks to burst. They usually come from cat bites.

Hi,

I agree with Di & Bob, it looks like a leasion rather than just a hole. Watch it closely, try to keep the kitty from licking it. Me personally, and I know the rules regarding offering medical advice, but frankly I put zinc ointment on my (passed away Feb 10, 2021 in our house due to MS complications of CoVid) wife's bed-sores for over 10 years, and on my male kitty who likes to fight with the other kitties, who at times comes in a bit chewed up. Zinc is a wonderful healing remedy for holes, bites, sores, etc. Just my opinion, but in any case, I am a firm believer in vet visits.

Best of Luck

Actually, if it is an abscess, licking is not a bad thing. They need to be open to heal and drain. I apply cat wound spray soaked on a rag (cats don't like the spray sound) that I get from any farm supply store like Tractor supply. I also try to apply some 1/2 water, 1/2 hydrogen peroxide to the wound 1 time to clean it out. (antibacterial) No more tahn once or it actually hinders skin healing.
