Would a true feral let you hold them like this? Poor little thing, was he alone?Smokey as a kitten.
Couple years later....
The feral kitten I found on vacation and wanted to bring home:
Great photo for the 'Show us the Whiskers ' thtead. Hope you can find him a fur-ever home. This is the stray I call Gray Kitty. His eyes are interesting as there is orange around the pupil. This guy has disrupted everything here. I really need to find him a home (he’s very affectionate with people) so Mama Kitty can have her porch back.

He, or she, was one of 5 kittens living under a run down building in a very poor neighborhood. Mom was one of the ferals living in the neighborhood (I only saw her once). Occasionally the woman living closest to the kittens would leave leftover food for them, so they weren't completely unused to human contact. I was there for about a week, so I fed them as often as I could and they became used to my presence and would run up to me for food. Unfortunately, the two friendliest of the kittens were hit by cars. I tried finding a rescue that would take the other three in, but there are only 3 animal rescues in that country and they only take dogs. I don't know what happened with the remaining kittens.Would a true feral let you hold them like this? Poor little thing, was he alone?

It’s also a good “show your muzzle” shot.Great photo for the 'Show us the Whiskers ' thtead. Hope you can find him a fur-ever home.
I believe him. He looks very wise..
Bob says that he has high quality eyes too. Who's gonna argue with a 36 pound cat?
