I have a kitten that is nearly 1 year old. For some reason about once a month she pees on my bed. Once while we were in it. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to make her stop. I can't think of any changes that I have made. food is the same. Litter box is in the same spot, and also I went to the vet and she doesn't have any bladder issues. HELP!

Is she spayed?
Is the litter clean? Have you tried different types of litter?
Do you have more than one litterbox? Some cats need 3 to themselves. Does she share with other cats?

Yes she is spayed and I have used the same litter all along. I also have a litter bos on both levels of my house
