Help identifying breed(s)

Hi-

I'm new to this forum and am curious about the "type" of cat  in these  photos.  He was extremely gentle, polydactyl with a soft meow. Very long hair.

He is a beautiful silver tabby For breed he most resembles I would say probably looks most like a maine coon

Yes.  My guess is also, there is probably a Persian  among the ancestors.

Yep I agree his face does look rather more round shaped like a Persian in the last pic
