Help Guys My Cat Leaves His Mouth Open And He Has A Small Bumb On His Stomach

Hey guys i went to the vet yesterday since my cat was acting all weird for a week or 2 now. We are in Greece and its very hot up to 37° C. Anyway the vet said that he has a slight tooth plaque and i give him matatabi sticks to help him. Today i noticed he has a red bump on his stomach and he leaves his mouth open at random times as if he is breathing from it.

Edit: Here is a picture of the bump. He also seems abit more at edge and wags his tail abit when laying down ( which he does alot lately) i am planning to take him to the vet again tomorrow.

That red bump on his stomach looks like a nipple to me. Male cats have them, too.

And the smelling could be him processing the scent. It's a thing cats do. The draw air in and it's transferred to the Jacobson's organ (vomeronasal sac).
