Help! Cat scratching on door

We have a 1.5 year old cat that we have had for over a year. We have an enclosed porch that she likes to hang out on. But she has started scratching and climbing on the door that goes back inside. It would seem that she wants in when she does this but she doesn't. When I open the door she will run to her bed in the corner of the porch. How do I get her to stop scratching the door up?

Are you able to hang one of those cardboard scratch thingies (I know, not the technical term) on the door? And just so I understand... is it wood she's climbing up, or a screen?

We tried the kind that you hang from the door knob, she just moved that out of the way. She has a cat tree to look out the window so she has something else to scratch. And yes, the bottom half of the door is wood and the top half has windows.
