Hi everyone here, I just picked up my new cat on Saturday last week and he is the most amazing of the cats that I have had to date. There have been cats living with me for as long as I can remember
I picked up this cat from the local Kitten Rescue
. He picked me, as I am sure you are all aware, I did NOT pick him. Funny as it sounds, I had been to the website, but hadn't noticed that he happened to be the featured cat of the week. LOL. He is awesome.
So, today my girlfriend noticed that he has a tattoo in his ear that reads '278'. I hadn't noticed it before and we plan to ask the Kitten Rescue where we got him, but how often do people really tattoo their pet cat? There have been at least 5 that have lived with me since I was a child and not one had ever been tattooed.
Anyway, I am also looking to try to identify my cat by breed or general cat terms as I am not sure what kind of cat he may be. I thought that I would enclose some pictures of him and perhaps some kind soul with a much better knowledge of cats could hook me up with some sort of information on this type of cat. He is slightly cross-eyed which is kind of cute and has brilliant emerald green eyes.
So, without further adieu, I present "Vincent":
