Turkish Angora's are long haired cats. Yours has what seems to be a bushy tail - but is a domestic short hair regardless.
Color? Bicolor - white and...buff? Someone else more knowledgeable with exact colors will be able to tell you but he seems white and tan(ish) to me but right now I'm on an older laptop so the color could be off.
