Guys Hlep me!! My cat pow wound

I just found the wound on my cat left pow this morning. I don't know how he got hurt because he ran so fast last night. THere is a attached picture for his wound pow. do you guys have any idea how to treat his pow? Do I need to take him to see a doc?
