Hi all!

My cat undergo dental cleaning two weeks ago and her some minor extraction done. Prior to the extraction + cleaning, her breathe stink.

I started brushing her teeth at least three to four times a week. She's only both kibbles and wet food. As I'm brushing her teeth, I noticed that there's still some redness on her upper back molar gumline.

I'm just wondering is there any tips on maintaining her dental hygiene and what could be the cause of her still having red gumline despite after dental cleaning?

Hi
Maybe they missed a little? You're not brushing too hard?
I think brushing is probably the best thing you can do.

I would suggest calling the vet that did the dental cleaning regarding the redness on her upper back molar and also ask if they took x-rays. Assuming x-rays were done you can ask about the results.
