When I get down on the floor with her, she has started coming over and grooming my hair. She'll lick a section several times. She also sometimes scrapes with her teeth. Is this harmful in any way that you can see? As long as the scraping isn't too rough?

I think it’s a sign of love. It’s one of the things that they do with their fellow cat mates to show they care for them and to bond. Sounds to me like you have done everything right and have a strong bond with her
