Got Microchipped. Need Collar Advice.

Charlie got microchipped last Friday. I feel better/safer but want a collar on him too. I live in an apartment complex and my info on a collar seems like a good thing.

Question: Got the collar but Charlie is not having it.

Can you ‘collar train’ a cat? I read here about harness training...is it kinda the same?

Cats are pretty sensitive so the collar can be irritating. I use Beastie Bands with great success. Rocket who freaks over regular collars is good and Link who takes them off frequently leaves it on.
