I've HAD it with litter flung halfway across the hallway! The kitties have two boxes, one covered (which works great) and one uncovered. The uncovered one is next to the washer/dryer in a hallway closet, and the cat prefer to use that one. The problem is that Ophelia digs to China and manages to make PILES of litter just outside of one corner.
It's been getting worse, so I've decided they need a new box!
I think I want to stick with the uncovered kind, since they are used to it there and like it. Just a much deeper one. I'm just concerned because Trent does not deal well with change. At all. So although it will be in the same place and still uncovered, I can see him freaking out. I have no idea how Ophelia will react.
Any tips on how to make the transition an easy one for them?
