Some of you have heard me talking about Garlic-Parm rolls. We have them often (when I have them in the freezer). They never last long. I made a batch today and thought I'd show you what I'm talking about. They're wonderful with spaghetti or lasagna, but they're also so good with a bowl of soup or chowder. Rick found the recipe many years ago and wanted me to try them. They were an instant hit and I've been making them ever since.
The recipe gets 24 rolls, but I never get that many, usually about 18 or so. We each had a roll bc, well, you have to make sure they taste good. And they do! I put them in the freezer and then reheat them, two at a time wrapped in a paper towel, in the microwave for about 25 seconds or so. Yum!
