Fur loss?

This has never happened before but we recently bought a house and moved in.

I noticed the other day Charcoal has been losing fur on the underside of his tummy and his back legs. What could cause him to lose his fur? Is he still upset about the move?

I know changes in environment stress cats out. What can I do to make him happy and stress free?

The other housecats are fine and not losing fur or anything. And he plays and cuddles with me and them like usual.
