So, I had previously always put the homemade raw in containers or in freezer bags, but I was thinking maybe I could make them into patties and then flash-freeze them separately, and then store them all stacked in one big bag, maybe with a piece of wax paper in between each patty. After all, this is how they sell hamburger patties at the store and I have seen some commercial raw sold this way.
Anyone try it? Any reason why I shouldn't?
