Hey everyone. I am really worried about my kitty right now. I noticed that she had slept in the same spot from very early in the afternoon until late tonight, so I woke her up before I was going to go to bed. When I woke her up, she wouldn't open her eyes. I finally got her to open them briefly, and they're both all cloudy. She was perfectly fine until tonight, I have no idea what happened or what could be wrong.
This is the one who has had irritable bowel and we have had her on antibiotics for the past week because she had a really bad bout of it, so I know it can't be a reaction to that because we've been giving it to her for a week now. And she has had it before. But yesterday I gave her an injection of B12 - it was the first one I had done myself - and she had gotten one a week earlier at the vet's office. I am wondering if I could have done the injection wrong or if it is too much B12 because that's the only thing that has changed.
She acts like it hurts to open her eyes so I tried wiping them and she acted like that really hurt a lot. When she opens her eyes, it's just for a very brief period, and it's worse when there's a lot of light. She can't keep her eyes open then. Other than that, she is acting fine.
I am really worried about her and not sure what to do right now. Any insight would be helpful! Thank you!
