So Kipper had decided that his food needs to be 'killed' and played with prior to eating! LOL We are finding bone bits etc all over the house! It started last week when I gave him a chicken wingtip as I was breaking down the bird. He proceeded to toss it around and play with it for about 10 minutes before he decided to eat it. Since then it is a pretty regular occurrence, and my son just brought me a half eaten breast/rib portion from the front foyer.
I have a feeling he has realized that mice are food too, and I suspect that he has caught and eaten one unbeknownst to us, and now makes the connection between hunting and eating. Oh My Word!
