Fragrance Free safe shampoo for cat baths

I have a female cat who has been having some bathroom accidents lately and I am looking for a safe, fragrance free, shampoo for her that I can bathe her bottom in. Any recommendations are very appreciated!

We do have water based wipes that we have been using, they are baby wipes and were recommended by a vet -- they have been doing great, but I think a bath is needed as well for my fur baby.

Unscented baby shampoo works well. I used it to bathe my cats for shows for a couple of years, before I moved on to expensive specialty shampoos, and none of them ever had any issues with it.
