With small kittens, its often difficult to say anything for sure. Especielly if they are mixes. They tend to grow into a more mature shape later on.
But I agree, the ears are rather big unusually early. And also, quite a few kttens has a teddy bear alike appareance. Him NOT being a teddy bear alike, gives some hints.
Let me try to analyse. He is surely a tabby of some sort, probably mackerel, but as the body pattern isnt clearly visible, its unsafe as yet.
The ash-gray on his behind is prob not a true color, but a so called fever coat. His mom could have some sort of infection while preg. This will disappear with time, and has no negative consequences ie the fever coat as such).
The ears are big, and the muzzle somewhat protruded.
IF I shall guess, my guess will be he had someone such as near ancestor. My guess will be a modern siamese, as they are fairly common.
Their cousin breed Orientale is also possible. Even Cornish Rex...
Please come back with more photos when he gets older, say in three months... At that age, about 16 weeks, it could be decently visible his future looks.
