I have never seen those, but I would think as long as you wash them out occasionally and they are still in good shape you can reuse them. You might look on the bottom to see what kind of plastic it is.
Actually, the CDC recommends that dry food be left in its bag. You can put the BAG into the plastic containers. But most dry food bags are designed to keep the food fresh, whereas the bits of food crumbles in the plastic containers tend to go rancid. The plastic containers need to be cleaned frequently because the fats sprayed onto the kibble go rancid.
