Fleas......everywhere

Ok so, thankfully my cats and i no longer live in that apt but heres the thing. I havent been in the apt for about two weeks now and i went in to finish packing things and oh my god. literally within seconds i had "flea socks", It went up past my ankles and i have never experienced such horror. How do I get rid of them? My cats both have been treated and took a capstar, topical flea treatment and a dewormer, so they are safe.

I panicked and got siphotrol plus and walked in spraying everything then i took borax and sprinkled the carpet. What is the next step? I have to go back tomorrow and im straight up scared to go.

~ Sounds like you did the right thing. Almost any insecticide will kill fleas , but some are made specifically for that purpose. Some people use room "foggers" - closing off each room . They work well. There are also professional pest control services if you need them.
