My cat had an adverse reaction to Revolution last month. She scratched her skin raw. She is a pain in general trying to take off her collar and cone off constantly. I'm thinking that a pill would be the best bet for her. The main pill brand I have seen is cap star. I'm looking for recommendations for a pill or maybe a topical treatment that is more mild for her because she tends to have adverse reactions to a lot of medications.

Since she did have an adverse reaction, did you ask your Vet? I think I'd be prone to just asking them, just to be on the safe side. You could probably just give them a call

Thank you for the tip I called the vet and she recommended one for my cat based on her history.
