first kitten

About 3 months ago i took in a kitten found on a farm. I suffered from major depression and panic attacks. Since i have mio in my life im progressing quickly. About a month ago she started biting. I know she doesnt mean harm but it does hurt ive bought her many toys but she still bites. I am worried she will keep it up and bite me as an adult. I also tried scruffing but it never works i get worried im doing it too hard and stop. I love my kitten please help

I have had my kittens for a couple months and have noticed a difference in my anxiety also. I dont take meds so its great.

Now my Callie was bad with biting to. So I got to where if I was petting her or playing and she would snip at me I would stop all attention. I would say no then set her in the floor. A few minutes later I would welcome her back but if she done it again Id immediately set her down. I dont think it took a week to figure it out.
