If I read you right, that being to just treat symptoms as they may arise to the best of your ability ...my opinion to a "T". This "labelling" sets up mindsets that result in tunnelvision....I decided over the weekend that I am not going to try and figure out if he has FIP or not. I am going nuts trying to figure it out. I am just going to take care of him and love him as much as possible...
oh that doesn't sound weird at all! if it wasn't for my cats and dogs well, i know they have helped me more than any human could have done.Originally Posted by aircraft
Thanks Tab. I think treatment is most important, but he is also a fighter. He wanted to come home.
When I got him he was a year old (approx. guess) and had spent 9 mons. of that in a cage at our local APL. When I brought him home he didnt know what love was, he didnt even know how to go up the stairs. I literally had to show him. Now he is a lover, hunter and great leader to the younger girl cats that I have. He is just amazing. He was also my biggest help through my divorce. I know that sounds weird, but he was.

That is nothing for me lol, but I guess for cats that is really good.
