Feral Or Just Scared?

Perhaps I should create a new thread, but she is doing okay... Slow going but that's okay.

Question: I need the room where she is, any suggestions on not freaking her out?
Should I just go about my usual routine and she will adjust?

She is acclimating in my bedroom. Should I leave the closet doors open for a quiet hide away, or are her boxes/beds/perches enough?
