I've had excellent results with Purina One Kitten food. It's not much more expensive than Kitten Chow, see if you can manage it the next time you need to buy new food. The kittens will do well on it too---it has very small kibbles. Kittens eat a ton so start getting the food now if you think finances will be a concern when they're older. Every time I raise a litter I think I'll go broke trying to keep them fed! :lol3:
If she'll eat canned Friskies, that will be a lot more affordable than Fancy Feast. Cats eat so much in late pregnancy and while nursing that any price reduction will help.
