Didn't I see a feeding chart: cat weight/food (protein) amount? or was I dreaming. Looking for such a chart right now. Thanks.

I think it was the one that said if your cat weight 7 lbs feed x amount of protein, if your cat weighs 11 lbs then feed this much protein/calories a day. Of course i'll have to guesstimate the weight for these cats but like I said in my post in the feral forum I can't afford $45 a week to feed them

Thanks. I guess I can assume these cats are average size? They may have sniffed my hand but I doubt they'll let me pick them up to weigh them.

Thanks. That gives me a ballpark figure then on how much to feed for each of the 3 cats.
Catinfo.org suggests feeding 20 to 25 calories per pound of ideal body weight daily. A high protein diet is ideal. Some brands have as much as 95% protein. There is no recommended or suggested amount of protein to feed based on body weight.
