Eye gel for Entropian?

A stray I care for has Entropian. His conjunctivitis infection in the eye completely healed, but I notice his eyelid still irritates the eye. I’m looking for a non antibiotic gel I can use daily that is over the counter, which one do you suggest?

I don’t currently have a vet for this cat, my old vet refused to help give anything and would not work with me and my financial situation, so i have no vet and finding a new vet for new patient exams is more than I can afford. This cat was dumped by its owners and living on the streets 10 years. I tried years to find him a home and nobody wanted him, where I live we have too many strays and most places euthanize or TNR but don’t take in new cats.
so I cannot order from chewy or anything that needs vet approval. The gel is the only thing I can afford to try and make him more comfortable.
