Experience with Nexgard Combo?

We put it on our girl on Monday because it was what our vet recommended when we brought in a wormy stool sample. I haven't been able to get a proper look at her stool since then, so I don't know for sure if the worms are passing.

Does anyone else have experience with this flea killer/tick repellent/dewormer? How long did it take to work for your furbies?

Tapeworms. Our best guess is that she had them when she was brought in and the shelter treated her once, but forgot to tell us so we didn't know she needed additional treatment.
