Everyone is eating my cats food, except for my cat!

I don't know what to do any more. Where I put my cats food our dog gets to it. If I put it up higher ants get to it (Oh ya so happy about that 

). She only eats a little at a time and the comes back for more. I don't am all out of ideas, and and don't know what to do.  I am talking about her wet food, if this can help in anyway.

Just an idea off the top of my head

Why don't you try putting the food bowl up higher, but putting her food bowl inside a bigger bowl of shallow water. That way, unless ants can swim, they will not be able to get to the food.
