Essencial Oils And Cats?

I know this can be a tough topic. I have done some research for myself, but I still have mixed feelings. I am coming to you all with this because I dont think calling the vets will get me really anywhere. Please if you have any insite on this let me know. Good bad? certain oils? I love diffusing my oils and I have diffused them for a while now and seen no affects to my cats. But I also dont want to wake up to a passed cat due to diffusing oils!

I got a diffuser as a christmas gift, but i have been afraid to use it. I'm afraid of accidentally using one that could hurt either my cats or dog. I guess you just have to be really careful.
