Just wondering, is there a way to turn off emojis on this site or at least disable the animation?

To clarify, you want all your emojis gone/not visible/disabled? Or just the animation stopped, for instance for this one
Edit/Update; on further review it appears the emojis are licensed through an outside provider, so I think the answer to your question would be no.

I am a bit photosensitive so was wondering if there was a way to at least stop the flickering animation on some of the emojis most are quite choppy or strobby and it hurts my eyes a bit when scrolling so was wondering if there was a way other than using ublock origin to disable them. I can always add a filter but hoped I could just turn them off.
Hopefully a mod will see this soon, I'll check for you.

I've checked with Anne and she can not see any way to disable the animation. There are ways to disable through your browser though -
