I have used Elura and Entyce (dogs) and it was not popular. I believe it has a maple flavor which might appeal to humans, but not cats. Depending on the personality of the cat, it is not necessarily difficult as it is a liquid, but if you have a spitter it might come right back out.

You can try getting it in pill form and putting the pill into an empty capsule and give it that way. Or you could ask your Vet to prescribe Mirataz, which is a transdermal gel you rub in their ears for appetite stimulation.
