Trying to find a multilevel catio you can put together that doesn’t come w/ a small warning that it could either expose your cat to formaldehyde or sawdust w/ chemicals?

I think most wood is treated with something, but most of a Catio is some type of screening so the cats can get fresh air and see the things that are around them. I would think as long as the cat doesn't chew on the wood it should be fine to go with most of the commercial Catio's on the market. You could even put a regular scratching post inside the Catio of you have a need, or even plant a tree inside it, or build it around a tree.

Thanks! I think I’ve figured out how to build one inside my garden, where he likes to be anyway. If I cat proof it w/ chicken wire, he can’t sneak out AND we get to hang out together!

Sounds like a win-win. I've seen lots of DIY Catio plans on-line.
