Drontal question

If anyone has experience with Drontal, I'd like to ask, is it true that after taking the drug, the worms will be dissolved inside the cat's body and cat stool will not have worms? seller is claiming this..but I'm not sure since I have never used it. Thank you!

Tapeworms, yes. They're higher up in the digestive system so they get digested. Roundworms usually come out whole and sometimes still wiggling though .

It would be best to ask the vet. And be aware of expired and counterfeit products sold online through big general web sites with third party sellers like Amazon. Buy only from a reputable pet supply web site or from the vet if possible.

I have used Drontal for years and been very happy with it; often I have the vet give a shot to the cat. I do agree with LTS3 that you do not want some counterfeit product off the internet though. Definitely deal with a vet or a reputable pharmacy. After all, you are buying a drug that will kill something and you don't want it to be your pet.
