I am currently using the Dr. Elsey Ultra clumping litter (blue bag) and I saw that the Classic was on sale. Is there a difference between the two? I do like the blue bag so I don't want to jinx anything. Just wondering if they work they same and if it's a matter of particle size? Which tracks a little less?

Hi! I haven't used the Classic but the Ultra clumps SO very hard, that I'm thinking you could possibly mix the two, save a little cash and you'd still be having clumping action going on.

Might be worth a try :)

On their website, the only difference in the descriptions is that Classic is described as having a "larger, heavier grain", and Ultra is described as being "medium-grain".

Worth a try I suppose.
