Our little Domino is approximately 10 weeks old. We found him behind our store a couple of weeks ago. I would describe him as a medium hair, Domestic, Tuxedo Kitten ... Would that be correct?

Yes, I think so.  Re the medium hair - in unsure cases, look at the tail.  If bushy - medium, if not bushy, shorthair with somewhat longish fur.
