Does This Look Like Fighting Or Playing?

https://thecatsite.com/media/img_5645-mov-1.420680/ My 6month with my 10 week. 6 month was neutered a week ago. Here he is with our new addition, is this fighting or playing? Or maybe it starts off as playing and gets violent? Today they were doing this and Julius (6mo) bit Augustus (10wk) very hard and he cried. Julius' ears haven't been flattened to his head but yesterday they were. Also I read that playing doesn't really have much biting? So I don't know what to interpret this as. Thank you to everyone has given me their advice on catsite, you've all been lifesavers!

That looks like gentle playing. Sure the kitten went all claws towards the end but your 6 month old didn't even pull the claws. If blood gets drawn, fur goes flying or you hear yowling it is a fight. If you hear a pained cry it is bullying or play that got to rough. I wouldn't worry about it but I would supervise them until he is 4-5 months old.... because I'm over protective.

I agree with danteshuman , they were playing and quite gentle play at that. Seems like they are getting along very well.
