does my kitten have worms

i noticed something white on my kittens butt, i tried picking it off to see what it was but it wouldn’t bug, he got away and when i checked on him later it was gone. i haven’t seen anything similar since on him or on my other kittens. However, i noticed that their butts looked a bit pink/red but i don’t know if that has anything to do with it. They have gotten vaccinated but should i get them dewormed or is it not worms.

It looks like a possible tapeworm segment. Can you email the pictures to your vet? All kittens should be dewormed as part of their first check ups.

hey thank you for replying! i’m calling the vet tomorrow morning but i just wanted to see what others thought. My vet didn’t inform me about getting them dewormed although they were vaccinated but i’ll ask about getting deworming medicine. Thanks again
