Does anyone know Greek foods well?

We have a place here in the city called Reading Terminal Market, they have everything.....you can get all kinds of fresh ethnic type foods & sea foods & stuff....I may try there the next time I'm having some people over, I could've eaten the whole jar!

Dolmades. Can be made with just rice, or a mixture of beef/lamb and rice, and tomatos. The Greeks put an egg/lemon sauce on them, which is really tasty, but the Cypriots typically don't. I'm half Greek, and ate a ton of them growing up. They are a real pain in the ass to make, tho....takes half a day...
