I say meow - but the boys dont, Bumper sound more like blurb, Magnum chirps, Boomer would be the closest to meow with his whine and Scullys is too hard to describe but it sounds like someone is killing him!

Depends entirely on the cat and the circumstance.
On the whole, regular "speech" tends to be "meow" or as variation on that theme. "Mew" pertains more to kittens, and babyish behaviour. And then there's Fawn, whose speech is a breathy squeak most of the time -- not something I've ever heard from any other cat.
