Im just wondering if this is true..
Hmm! That's really strange. Where did the smoke come from? Could it be that Mo knew it already? Not sure where I stand on this, because sometimes Mo will stare into nothing and space out (whether that nothing ends up being on a wall or the face of a person)... but I space out and do that too.
Something kind of freaky that happened in our apartment, though, was we would always play with Mo on the same wall against our kitchen with the laser pointer. It was no surprise when he would stare at the wall waiting for it, but then one day the fire alarm in our building went off. As the safety-concerned tenants we are, we stayed inside and watched the firetrucks come. Apparently it was an actual small fire on the second floor, 8 floors below us. After that was all cleaned up, we noticed a weird smear on that wall that starts a couple inches from the floor, spreads wide, and tapers at the top about a foot from the ceiling. I joke it was ghosts because there's no way any smoke or smoke damage could have come up 8 floors in this one isolated space through concrete and walls, especially since we have a connected floor-based radiator on the opposite side of the room.
The weird thing is there was no smoke in our apartment at all, not even a scent, and the cats didn't react to the wall or vents specifically that day. The mark on the wall looks more like someone just drew on it with a thick, light medium, lol. I made a mistake though, since I just went out to look at it and it actually looks like a skinny mushroom cloud, tapered on the bottom and wide on top. Neither of our cats have done any creepy staring lately, but I'm sure they can hear or smell things we can't, so that may make it seem like they can "sense" the impending better.Hmm! That's really strange. Where did the smoke come from? Could it be that Mo knew it already?
I guess cats can also forsee or sence any future hapennings..
The disturbing thing about that article is that several people seem to take the concept of ghosts seriously.
