Do they look sick?

I found a person on craigslist giving away kittens and i showed my sister the pics but she said they look sickly but couldnt explain it, she just said they have an odd look.

Do they appear that way to you guys as well? What are the obvious signs?

Not sure what the telling signs are of being sick but they look healthy to me, eyes are clear and they don't look underweight. Maybe you can request their vet records just to be sure they're up to date on shots etc.

Echoing Jenn567 . Look pretty OK to me. Ask your sister to explain what she sees that makes her think they are sickly. Buy, I do have to tell you that craigslist is notorious for some not so nice things. If they are close by, and you can look over the associated vet records, that would be good.
