Did they try to spay my male cat??

Hello, I got my cat neutered today and when I brought him home I noticed an incision that was sewed up where a spay would be done. He was supposed to be neutered! He did get neutered because I can tell he also has incisions for the neuter but is this normal?? I’m super upset about the whole situation and the place won’t answer their phone.

Your boy was nuetered,looks like surgical removal of cryptorchid testicles.... that's when the testicles have not descended properly from abdomen to scrotum
