Diarrhoea

Today my 3 month old kitten pooped something like this. Why does his poop look like this it has slight blood content too. Morning his poop was all liquid but same colour. I know it's diarrhoea but I don't know what caused it. Can someone help. He seems to be active and playful though no vomiting also.

It could be a few things, worms, food. Have you changed his food recently. The blood could be from irritation from the diarrhoea and it's red which is a good thing. Can you get pumpkin, no additives or I use s boulardii. Kittens will eat odd things so he may have eaten something that has upset his tummy. If it persists give your vet a call.
