Well, DH finally went to a sleep specialist a few weeks ago for his sleep apnea. He has always snored loudly, but the last few years he's been holding his breath, which drives me crazy! There have been nights I haven't been able to sleep because I'm afraid he won't start breathing again, so I stay up and nudge him everytime he does it.
As soon as he walked into the doctor's office, he took one look at him and said "even before I ask any questions, I will bet you have sleep apnea because you look like sh*t!". DH is always tired, even after a "good" nights sleep of 7-8 hours. He had a physical and blood work before he went to this doctor and everything is fine in that area. Vitamins don't help. So hopefully this will.
Problem is....this is the first night since we've been married that we haven't slept in the same bed.
(There was one night he spent the night in the emergency room, but I didn't sleep that night anyway) Maybe I will actually get a better nights sleep, who knows. I DO know I'm not crating the dogs tonight so I know I won't be alone in bed. The funny thing is, I shaved my legs this morning and DH said "it figures...the night I WON'T be here, you decide to shave your legs!"
