Denamarin, anyone?

Is anyone giving your cat Denamarin?  what is your cat taking it for, and do you think it is helpful?

My kitty was taking Denamarin when he had fatty liver.  It contains Milk Thistle and Sam-E which help the liver heal.   Supporting a liver that is sick is the only thing I have heard of giving it for.  Unless it was a coincidence, I think it helped bring his liver numbers back down to normal range.

I just picked up  a script today for Obi, who has liver issues.  The vet says he will be on it indefinitely.  Its about $1 a day.  Does anyone know the equivalent doses in SamE and milk thistle?
