Hey folks,
It's been a while since I've posted here, but I've come back to see if you have any ideas about an issue I'm having with one of my cats.
Toby is older (exact age unknown, but prob. around 8+), and has an enlarged heart (among other issues) which have lead to weight gain. As a result, he can't get to his back (right above his tail) to clean properly.
I do my best to brush him frequently, but this one spot has dandruff and the hair seems thinner there. He also has an oily coat overall and sensative skin.
Do you know of a good shampoo / cream rinse that would work for dandruff? It's been suggested that I use head and shoulders (just on that spot at least), but I wasn't sure if it'd be safe.
Thanks for your help!
